 Ease the Summer Body Bloat!

To increase your summer energy, eat more raw or slightly cooked veggies, lots of fruits, limit the heavy/fatty meats and full fat dairy products.  Eat more beans, as these are a good protein source, and digest much easier than fatty meat.  Cut back on sodium, as this can make your body retain water and you'll feel very bloated.  And drink more water!
