		<description><![CDATA[I really like Stevia. Stevia is a herb in the chrysanthemum family and it is 300 times sweeter than table sugar. It has a negligible effect on your blood sugar (it&#039;s almost calorie free) and it can really sweeten up your coffee or tea. At this point, I don&#039;t see any research pointing to any health problems from this herb. I use it too, although for some of my clients, it&#039;s an acquired taste!]]></description>
